The suggestive, flawlessly balanced composition, and the artists´ brilliant interpretations, were rewarded by a long, thundering applause. Barbora Polášková truly excelled as Surmena. She sung the part with the utmost convincingness unmarred by even the least technical problem, letting stand out the beautiful colour of her voice.
